In my practice, I like to look at how we can better change ourselves to better deal with the problems in the outside world. While trained as a relational psychodynamic therapist, my style draws from a variety of methodologies depending on each client's needs. I tend to be interested in how the past interacts with the present, helping you gain insight and self-awareness in a collaborative atmosphere. Throughout my experience, I have enjoyed working with a variety of people, keeping in mind the uniqueness of each individual's experience.
I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and relationship challenges. I also have expertise working with the LGBTQ community, offering a non-judgmental space to explore gender and sexuality. I often work with those who often feel misunderstood in life, let down by others, and led to believe there is something wrong with them.
