A safe space for camaraderie and support, for this workforce that shapes the culture of our city. Facilitator is a Licensed Master of Social Work with 15+ years of experience working in the industry. Open to FOH and BOH currently working in the NYC restaurant industry who would like help with things like: health & mental health, financial wellbeing, Waitmares, difficult personalities, lifestyle challenges, unfairness at work, ambivalence about job/career change, recovering from the pandemic.
