I believe therapy is a collaborative process. Providing a safe environment where my patients can freely explore their experiences, I believe it is the therapist's role to join the patient in their journey. In addition to individual therapy - I offer co-parenting, couples and family therapy.
My approach to therapy is that it is about the relationship. I use an eclectic style and I am warm, direct and engaged throughout the therapeutic process.
