I enjoy helping people heal from life's most difficult events, such as sexual assault, childhood abuse, religious trauma, medical trauma, acts of violence and other similar incidents. You have inherent beauty and worth. I believe my role as a therapist is to assist and guide you as you move toward a healthier life.
I have been a social worker for more than 20 years and have worked with people from all backgrounds and cultures. I also taught in higher education for 22 years. I know the struggles of maintaining family and career and the challenge of fitting healthy living into an already busy schedule. It is hard but you are definitely worth the effort.
