I work with adult individuals (18+) who are looking to find greater balance in their lives. I have found that therapy is most effective when practiced consistently, and as such, I choose not to see clients less frequently than once a week.
I employ a variety of approaches, including looking at patterns of thinking and behavior that my clients want to change and exploring how past negative experiences seem to still “come to life” in the current moment. I also support people who are looking for greater meaning in their lives.
As the saying goes, knowledge is power, and increasing one’s knowledge of self is one of the greatest gifts that we can give ourselves. I help my clients gain a better understanding of themselves by serving as a collaborative partner - walking with them on the path to greater self-compassion and life satisfaction.
