I work to provide a space for people to explore and conquer feelings of anxiety, depression, stress, and self doubt. As well as help individuals and couples to build more meaningful bonds with the ones they love.
I believe in the importance of holding hope for when things are bad and continue to get worse. I hold onto the hope that people can change, their circumstances can change, and despite where they are now the power of human persistence and perseverance will prevail.
