Therapy is one's self-exploration journey that I would love to be a part of. As a mental health counselor, my aim is to build strong relationships with each of my clients and revel in their accomplishments. More importantly, I am focused on guiding my clients through their challenges and recovery process with a person-centered, humanistic approach. Individuals can expect to step into a safe and empathetic environment where I will work to understand potential triggers and build a treatment plan with the goal of releasing these mental burdens.
By working together, I aim to empower individuals in their healing journey. It’s my goal to ensure that these individuals grow their self-confidence, self-love, and self-worth over time and learn how to have healthy relationships for the long term.
I particularly enjoy working with people to explore the best solutions to their emotional challenges and believe it is truly a collaborative effort to support individuals as they face the challenges of life and begin to construct healthier and authentic ways to experience the world.
