I am an experienced psychotherapist with a demonstrated history of working in the mental healthcare field as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in NY and NJ. I have worked in a variety of settings, including outpatient, intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization, and residential programs with a specialization in adolescents and young adults. I bring both clinical expertise and my experience as a recovered person to work with you towards your recovery from your eating disorder, anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and other co-occurring disorders. I also specialize in providing Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT).
My focus is on creating a therapeutic relationship where you have the space to show up authentically in your truth. I will help you develop insight into the function of your eating disorder, how it is serving you, and how you can find alternative ways to meet those needs without shame or judgement.
I will facilitate your relationship to your healthy self during moments where your anxiety, depression, or eating disorder is too afraid to loosen the reigns.
