Sometimes stressors and traumas add up and addressing them alone can feel like climbing a mountain, but you don't have to face it alone! My practice is geared towards young adults facing life transitions such as moving out, new relationships, and identity exploration, as well as adults ready to address past traumas. I have a special interest in women's issues surrounding pregnancy and postpartum.
