I love supporting teens, young adults, and adults as they work to accept themselves, trust their own intuition, and get "unstuck" from past experiences and big losses.
I have specialized training and personal experience in EMDR (look into it, it's pretty fascinating!), grief work, and mindfulness/meditation support. In particular, I have enjoyed working with teens and young adults for over a decade.
I am here to support you in reconnecting to yourself and getting unstuck from blocks of the past to integrate new meaning and balance into your life. I tend to hold a balance of being empathically attuned and a bit "woo-woo" while also being practical and bringing humor into our work, where applicable. I'm looking forward to hearing from you!
