I have an approach that is strength based, person-centered, and motivational. I try to take an inquisitive approach to identify and help you overcome barriers with empowerment and encouragement. My goal is to create a nonjudgmental, brave space where clients feel safe to process and find compassion for the unhealed parts of themselves. While my most common treatment modalities are attachment based, existential, internal family systems, and motivational interviewing; I will incorporate treatments best fit for each individual. I respect that your journey with change over time and our sessions will always accommodate that.

My specialties are LGBTQ+ & gender identity, autism, and relationship issues, but I enjoy working with any client that has a desire for positive change. Other common populations I work with include, but are not limited to ADHD, anxiety and depression, codependency and relationship dynamics, autism and developmental disorders, and life transitions.

I will be present for you and your goals as a guidepost. Therapy is not always easy, but you will never have to do it alone. Together, we will assess what the core problems are, strategize how to overcome them, and celebrate the small successes that are so important for throughout your journey. Understand the basics of what self esteem and confidence are, what creates and discourages our confidence, and how to reframe a negative self image. Navigating Burnout in Early Adulthood

This is an 8 week virtual therapy group run by my colleagues Kayla Lopes and Kirsten Alestra. In this group you will learn coping skills, reasons for stress, what burnout is and why it is happening.
