I conduct sessions knowing that most of us come to therapy with deep rooted shame that keeps us in toxic cycles and patterns of thinking. Naming the shame and working towards self compassion is where the magic happens.
From my own personal experience and my education and training I come to session with an open mind, a non-judgemental stance and an overall compassion for you. My goal is to create a therapeutic alliance in which you feel seen, heard and contained in sessions. The session is your time for you, and all that you are!
