Hello, I'm Amber. I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) accepting in person clients in Sonoma County and virtually from all over California. I work with all ages, I particularly enjoy working with teens, and access both my professional experiences and personal experiences to provide quality and individualized care to my clients. I am passionate about the outdoors, animals, music, art, and new adventures and I try to blend this into my therapy as much as possible while working from a Person Centered Approach.
In our sessions, we will spend time building a strong therapeutic relationship that will allow us to identify your strengths, your goals, and how to get you there. I provide a compassionate, judgement free space and an integrative approach, assessing what interventions or approaches work best for you and tailoring your treatment to meet your needs.
I know our modern world is a scary place to exist; therapy should be a space to be authentically you and to feel safe to explore yourself uncensored.
