I use EMDR, IFS, DBT, and CBT and specialize in working with adults who either have or currently are experiencing relationship trauma, including childhood trauma, separation or divorce, difficult breakups, toxic relationships, workplace trauma, and parent-child issues.
In our work together, you will strengthen your sense of Self, decrease stress, overcome self-doubt, develop healthy boundaries, learn to be assertive, receive support in exiting unhealthy relationships, improve your mood, regulate your emotions, build a sense of emotional safety, develop healthy attachment patterns, and build secure relationships.
