I specialize in trauma-informed care: PTSD/ Complex PTSD, emotional regulation issues including depression, anxiety, and other mood difficulties, relationship problems & attachment issues. I use a combination of Somatic Mindfulness and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you interact with your inner world. I am polyvagal-informed and focus heavily on somatic and meditation practices. Attunement, relational safety, and authenticity are all hallmarks of my approach. I also offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP).
