I consider it a supreme privilege to accompany my clients into the work of healing, growth, and self-discovery. Entering into these vulnerable and deeply personal spaces with my clients is sacred to me, and I work hard to provide the kind of safety, compassion, and attention that allows deep change. I work with a huge variety of issues but find that my strengths lie primarily in the area of trauma recovery, identity formation, spiritual direction, self-esteem, anxiety, nervous system coaching and relational strengthening. I take a holistic approach to therapy choosing to address the whole person - body, mind, and spirit.
I enjoy engaging with clients through a multifaceted approach which includes somatic therapies, Internal Family Systems, mindfulness, guided imagery, narrative reprocessing, polyvagal theory, self-compassion coaching and EMDR. I also offer Ketamine Assisted Therapy for those who are interested.
I personally understand what it feels like to lose your way, lose people you love, or just to lose hope altogether. I've been there. Basics of Healing Trauma - 8 week group
(Starting July 12!) This group provides a safe and supportive environment where you can receive deep education, practice skills, and connect with others engaging in similar healing journeys, all with the guidance of two licensed therapists. This group will incorporate a wholistic approach including including the nervous system and the body. It's great for those who haven't been in therapy or haven't had a trauma-informed therapist before. It's also great for those who are caring for people who have experienced trauma.
