Neuronnection Counseling is a privately owned practice that guides individuals through their healing journeys. My mission is to create a warm and supportive environment where you can feel safe to explore your experiences and rediscover your inner strength and capacity for self-healing and growth. With over 18 years of experience, I specialize in helping adults and adolescents who are dealing with trauma, grief, anxiety, difficult & overwhelming emotions, BPD, and cultural challenges.
Healing from trauma and coping with grief can be deeply personal and challenging. That’s why I use a blend of compassionate, evidence-based therapies tailored to your unique needs. My approach includes EMDR, Brainspotting, The Flash Method, and DBT. These approaches allow you to access the power of your brain for healing and growth.

DBT
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) helps people develop skills to manage difficult emotions effectively, self-regulate, and develop healthy boundaries. We cover 4 modules: Mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness skills. The program lasts 5 to 6 months. The group allows for 4 to 8 participants.
