This ONLINE (zoom) group offers yoga movements (asana) with instruction and a meditation practice. Being mindful means paying attention to the present moment in a particular way, with the intention of being compassionate and neutrally accepting the moment exactly as it is. The benefits of a mindfulness practice have been scientifically proven to reduce stress, improve memory, reduce anxiety and depression, increase emotional regulation, and increase empathy.

Mindful Recovery Support Group (Online)
Begin your journey of Mindful Recovery from Addiction and Co-Dependency. Weekly VIRTUAL group. Join Kenneth Moore, CSAC, Joanne King, LMHC, & Richard Hildebrand online Mondays at 5:30pm on a Journey of Mindful Recovery from Alcohol, Drugs, Food, Relationships. This group is an alternative to AA/NA model and based on an eclectic integration of SMART, Refuge, AA, & Mindfulness Literature & Resources. Each Group will begin with a mindfulness practice followed by non-judgmental processing and sharing based on the group’s needs. Substance abuse, misuse, addiction and codependency struggles are all welcome.

Abstract Art - for Youth 12-15 (In Person)
In-person Art Therapy Group for youth ages 12-15 to help with self-expression and reduce feelings of stress, depression, and anxiety and takes place Mondays @ 3:30-4:30pm led by Family therapist Ann Van Patten, LMFT. This art therapy group as a branch of Acceptance & Commitment Therapy. The intention of the group is to build a supportive space where we can grow together through cultivation of respect, compassion, and understanding. This group will take place outdoors and include mindfulness activities, expression through art, discussions, and sharing on weekly topics based on the group’s evolving needs.
