I work with a wide range of client's wanting to focus on anxiety, ways of coping, depression, life and work stress, trauma, PTSD, self-exploration and growth, relationship challenges, women empowerment, LGBTQIA issues, body image concerns, and eating disorders/disordered eating. I work primarily from an emotion focused lens and provide EMDR. My goal is to provide trauma-informed, social justice-oriented and culturally aware therapy and a space where you can feel comfortable, safe, and heard. Please note that I have a virtual-only practice in the states of Oregon and Washington.
I specialize in eating disorders and practice through a HAES and body neutral lens. Here, you can begin to feel comfortable in your body again, release the anxiety and worries about your body and food, and begin to heal those relationships. Together we can create a space where you can facilitate change and let go of things that no longer serve you.
