Mika has an extensive clinical experience (11 years and counting) working as a clinician and clinical supervisor both in New York City and Taiwan in a variety of clinical settings,
and focuses on helping clients with relationship issues, work-related burnout and stress, anxiety, depression, career development, creative blocks, cultural adjustment, identity, loss, mind-body connection and life transitions. She currently has a remote part-time private practice besides her full time job working in inpatient psychiatry in a city hospital.
I currently only accept Cigna and private pay clients with selective weekday evenings and Friday afternoon openings. All remote sessions are through phone. Limited sliding scale spots remain available for students and clients struggling with financial difficulties. I also provide parenting/care-giver consultation, life coaching, and clinical supervision.
