As a Creative Arts Psychotherapist, it is my passion to work with individuals and families, helping them to achieve their goals in their journey of recovery from various mental, emotional and behavioral issues. Currently working in an Outpatient mental health clinic, I provide individual psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults and families, experiencing symptoms such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, ODD, stress, anger management, trauma and other emotional and relationship issues related to complex family dynamic.
I use both verbal and creative arts to assess, provide sense of safety, build therapeutic relationship and ultimately to provide psychotherapy that can help each of my Clients to achieve his/her own treatment goals.
My clinical experiences have proven that art and creativity are indeed children’s natural language to express, bond and explore, as well as for all adults to meet their inner child and express themselves freely, allowing increased self-awareness in a non-intimidating, non-judgmental way.
