I love to work with women and children who are suffering due to physical, emotional, mental, behavioral and/or situational struggles. My clients have experienced trauma, grief, major life transitions, or have been diagnosed with conditions such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, or mood disorders. Goals in therapy are solution-focused, fostering greater connection to loved ones, peers, community and self. I believe the path of physical & mental health draws from inner strengths, your support community, and new skills in a safe space with creativity, play, and education, as well as practicing new tools in therapy and at home.

I'm passionate about helping clients improve quality of life & connection. For 15 years I offered elementary school art education, facilitating creative expression. I am trained in various evidence-based treatment models, including play therapy for the healing of children’s trauma and other challenges. Supporting kids' grown-ups is an integral part of this.

When kids are weighed down by adult problems or the sadness and anxiety of feeling “not enough," I offer a safe & fun space to discover their strengths and supports. I support caregivers who are overwhelmed & worry to the point of despair. There is always HOPE. I love helping families find power they have yet to discover.

Our ACT for Life series is grounded in the principles of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help you expand your psychological flexibility and live a more vibrant life. We combine gentle yoga (no prior experience needed), meditation, discussion, home practices, and contemplation exercises to help you magnify what's most important to you.
