Our ACT for Life series is grounded in the principles of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help you expand your psychological flexibility and live a more vibrant life. We combine gentle yoga (no prior experience needed), meditation, discussion, home practices, and contemplation exercises to help you magnify what's most important to you. You'll learn to make those values the center of your daily life and build skills to be more present, live your life with intention, and become the truest version of yourself. Reach out to register for our next 8-Week, Level 1 series starting January 5, 2023.
