Anxiety and trauma are a heavy burden, disconnecting us from our own sense of safety, ease, and vitality in our lives while trapping us in persistent feelings of stress, overwhelm, and isolation. If you are like my clients, you want to truly heal from this burden rather than stay stuck in an overwhelmed nervous system or the remnants of a difficult history. To move past trauma and anxiety for good, we must foster safety in our lives, heal the source of our pain, and adjust to life outside of the familiar suffering we have overcome. My practice is all about helping my clients through that process as a supportive companion and guide.
As a trauma and anxiety specialist, I help my clients to soothe overwhelmed nervous systems and fully process emotions related to trauma and anxiety so that they can find relief and move on. Getting in touch with and truly working through these feelings opens the door to safety and joy in the present moment and bolsters our capacity to handle new challenges.

Group members have the opportunity to empathically connect with other young adults, learn from each others' experiences, and develop self-compassion and tools for growth. As the group leader, I ensure that the group remains a positive, safe environment for all participants. Groups are capped at 5 members.
