Welcome. I admire you for being here. Reaching out for help takes strength and courage. I deeply believe that we all have the ability to heal the pieces of us that have been wounded by the world. Unfortunately the weight of trauma, depression, anxiety, and substance use often make us feel hopeless. As a therapist I provide a safe place for emotional expression, with caring, honest feedback. I am trained in a variety of evidence based treatments. I address each client on an individual basis creating a uniquely tailored approach that can include somatic therapy and/or EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help address and heal trauma.
I often use creativity and arts based modalities to explore and integrate a client's healing. I am here to offer non-verbal/body based therapies (EMDR/ Movement Therapy and Gestalt techniques) to help release the deeper trauma that is stored in the body. I look forward to meeting with you and leaning into the deep and rewarding work we can explore together.
