Even during the busiest times when it's difficult to carve out an hour for anything, you should leave the session feeling glad that you kept your appointment. I will help you set goals and then point out and celebrate every success. Therapy will be a safe space for you to vent and feel heard and validated, while working to define and meet your goals.
