I am a Licensed Clinical Social Woker who has worked in the Mental Health field since 1992 with children and adults. I have extensive knowledge of mental health, trauma and as a School Social Worker. I use Cognitive Behavior Therapy with a trauma informed approach. However, with my experience I am able to adapt therapeutic approaches to best fit your needs.

My approach to therapy is collaborative and focuses on your strengths. You will be welcomed into a non-judgmental space in which you will be free to explore and share your feelings and concerns.
