I believe in the importance of relationships; the relationship you have with yourself and your relationship with others. I work with couples to improve communication, emotional/sexual intimacy, learn love languages, rebuild respect and trust, and adjust to parenthood. I work alongside individuals who are on their journey to strengthen their emotional well being, lessen anxiety, obtain insight into triggers/behaviors and unlearn old ways of thinking with new ways of being. I help individuals and couples navigate the emotions and adjustments to life transitions, such as a child, grief and loss, careers, and relationships.
We will work together to build upon your strengths, gain understanding and self-compassion while also mastering new skills to overcome problems and stressors in your life. My areas of specialty include anxiety, depression, relationships, couples, Womens health (including peripartum (PPA or PPD) and infertility), paternal depression or anxiety, and trauma.
As your therapist, I will mindfully hold space for you while being supportive, compassionate, and empathic to your needs for therapy.
