Welcome! I am a former USAF officer and musical theatre performer bringing unique perspective to the healing process. I have extensive training and experience working with active-duty military, veterans, performing artists, LGBQTIA+, and minority populations. My areas of clinical focus include those living with ADHD/ADD, survivors of childhood/adult trauma and abuse (particularly survivors of abuse from those with Narcissistic Personality Disorder/high-conflict personalities), creative/performing artists, active-duty military, and veterans. I utilize an eclectic, holistic, trauma-informed, strengths-based, solution-focused approach.
I serve adults challenged with anxiety, depression, posttraumatic stress, trauma, interpersonal conflict, intimacy, grief, and loss. I staunchly believe clients are the experts on their own experiences. I look forward to joining you on your healing path at a pace that is comfortable to you towards increased authenticity, goal progress, and healing.
