I create an environment where one can feel free, comfortable, and unafraid to be their genuine and authentic self, without fear of any judgement. I follow the lead of the client, believing that the client is the expert of their own experiences.
We will collaboratively navigate, identify, and tackle those personal and very individualized experiences, which often feel limiting and debilitating. Together we will helm the changes, in a manageable manner, resolving one barrier at a time, without having to feel overwhelmed or pressured, as society and its high demands often make us all feel!
