We all have struggles in life. I look forward to working with individuals who are ready to take that important 1st step in their path to healing and self awareness. Someone who is looking to grow, be accepting of themselves and just ready to be kind to themselves. Life is hard but is also full of beauty. I am hoping to walk alongside someone who is struggling and help them find hope and joy in everyday life amidst the hard parts.
I have developed an approach that integrates different perspectives and theories. While working with individuals and families, I focus mainly on strengths and solutions using a cognitive behavioral perspective. I also concentrate on adding a holistic approach to healing. I am EMDRIA trained in EMDR and also am certified in Perinatal Mental Health.
I am here to walk along side you, listen to your concerns, help you to heal, energize you, and assist you in discovering your inner strengths. I enjoy getting to know each individual and learning about the different paths they have taken through life. I would love to talk with you!
