Welcome! I know that finding the right therapist or coach can feel confusing or overwhelming. I offer a safe and supportive environment for you to explore your challenges and move towards fully embracing yourself and living the life you desire. My approach brings together Gestalt, Mind-Body Somatic approaches, and over 30 years of therapeutic work with children and adults. I have a passion and expertise for helping HIGHLY SENSITIVE PEOPLE understand and embrace both the gifts and challenges of their heightened receptivity, that can lead to overwhelm, overstimulation, and other challenges.
I help people CHRONIC PAIN, STRESS OR ANXIETY who have had limited success in seeking help, with powerful leading edge mind- body and neuroscience approaches to heal and decrease symptoms. I guide people in discovering their WORK/LIFE DIRECTIONS and exploring at a deep level what you love to do and the life and work that sustains you and brings joy.
If you have struggled with feeling alone or hopeless or different, there is so much effective help and support available for you. My hope is that you won’t feel alone with this for one more day. I offer coaching services by phone and Zoom both nationally and internationally, as well as online group programs.

Six week class beginning February 27, 2024. High sensitivity brings many wonderful strengths and can also lead to overwhelm, overstimulation, anxiety and other challenges. Many children and adults who are highly sensitive have spent their lifetimes feeling “different," alone or misunderstood. Understanding and embracing this trait is profoundly healing for our clients, our children, and ourselves.
