I'm a Counseling Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, a Licensed Addictions Counselor, and a Forensic Psychologist. I have spent my career working in child welfare and with complex trauma survivors. I specialize in treating Mental Health and Substance Use Disorders. Clinical treatment approaches are based on Person-Centered Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Attachment Disorders, Traumatology, and Emotion Effect Regulation. You must be committed to changing your life and doing the work required. If not, psychotherapy will not be effective, I assist you in doing the work which is required for symptom reduction.
I provide psychotherapy services to children, individuals, teens, families, and individuals. I am a Solution Focused therapist and I help my patients solve their most concerning problems. I am also in the process of opening up a new behavioral health, primary medical, substance use facility in New Rochelle, NY and CT clients are welcomed there.
I also provide services via telehealth video through my website. Office hours are extended on Tuesday evenings until 8 PM. I welcome referrals for forensic interviews in NY & CT. My radio show can be accessed on bbsradio.com. I talk about trauma, PTSD, attachment and viewers can call in. Every Wednesday at 6 EST.

EMDR Group Therapy for Trauma Support (Women Only)
This support group will introduce you to EMDR treatment to help with emotional regulation and Trauma. Your specific trauma is private but you will have a supportive community environment to assist you in resolving your symptoms of complex trauma. This group is only for Women.
