EMDR Group Therapy for Trauma Support (Women Only)
This support group will introduce you to EMDR treatment to help with emotional regulation and Trauma. Your specific trauma is private but you will have a supportive community environment to assist you in resolving your symptoms of complex trauma. This group is only for Women. This group will start in August 2024.

You will learn evidenced based interventions to help you resolve your personal trauma. You will be in a supportive group environment and you will not disclose your trauma history. This group is for client's who are complex trauma survivors. The group will start in August 2024. You are also required to attend weekly therapy sessions. This group is virtual.
