I help people struggling with anxiety, trauma, life transitions and stress to heal from the past and experience peace and fulfillment in the present. I enjoy working with folks who feel ready for a change and want to transform their problems at the root level. I have experience working with children, teens and adults from diverse backgrounds, and I enjoy working with LGBTQ+ folks, immigrants, parents, and creatives.
I integrate psychodynamic, somatic and relational approaches to therapy. I work experientially, and find it helpful to focus on fully experiencing and expressing thoughts, feelings and body sensations as they emerge in the present moment. I am a student of Somatic Experiencing, a body-centered approach to healing trauma.

Groups
Adult Interpersonal Process Group
This group will meet weekly with two therapists for 90 minutes. It is cofacilitated with Keshav Goud, LPC-A. Group members express their thoughts and feelings as they occur in the present, especially thoughts and feelings towards other members and the therapists. Group therapy helps you get honest feedback from peers on how you affect each other, form more fulfilling relationships with others, and get free from patterns such as people pleasing, shame, and social anxiety. In this group, members practice communicating their feelings, wants and needs in real time, learn to navigate conflict, and improve self-confidence and self-esteem. Now accepting new members.
