I work closely with clients to develop individualized treatment plans, and integrate evidence based treatments including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support clients in achieving their goals and taking steps towards what matters.
