I create individualized treatment plans by working closely with clients to set their goals. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to target symptoms that are distressing and impairing while simultaneously providing skills and guidance to continue success after treatment.
