If you are seeking support, trauma assumed care, and someone to help light the path towards reaching your wellness goals I am here to work with you. I have experience working in areas that include; Self Esteem, Neurodiverse Populations (ADHD, Anxiety, ASD), Coping Skills / Skill Building, Life Transitions (Divorce, Separation, Retirement), Depression, Loss, Transition / Adjustment, and Trauma.
I bring 20 years of diverse experience in the mental health field including inpatient, outpatient, school based, and community based therapy. Person centered treatment, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and individualized skill building are cornerstones of my approach to helping you reach your goals.
Not everyone opens up or connects in the same way. I like to bring creativity into my sessions such as visuals, play, role play and multimedia to help people feel engaged in ways that are comfortable for each individual. As a licensed School Adjustment Counselor I am uniquely qualified to advocate for my clients and help them navigate the school systems
