Specializing in individual & couples counseling (e.g. those struggling with infidelity, addiction, high levels of conflict, dissatisfaction, inability to communicate or "stage of life" changes). My clients are typically professionals, first responders (fire, police, EMT, hospital staff), couples, trauma survivors, those in addiction recovery & those struggling with grief and loss. For over three decades, I have worked effectively with individuals & families of all types and persuasions. I employ both evidence-based & observation-based practices but believe a therapist's life-long experience is always the best predictor of success.
Psychotherapy can be a lot of things but it is first and foremost a vehicle for healing; it can be a powerful tool to help enrich and renew our primary relationships, expand our perspective and achieve our life's aspirations and goals.
