I believe there is great value in a curious and non-judgmental exploration of our feelings, thoughts, actions, and relational patterns, in the presence of another person. I value an interactive and collaborative therapeutic relationship, and using creativity, humor, and authenticity within the therapy process. I strive to help my clients increase empathy for themselves and others, strengthen their capacity for making meaningful change, and cope with challenges that arise throughout life.
I welcome all genders, sexual orientations, races, nationalities, abilities, body sizes, and have a strong commitment to trauma-informed care which prioritizes understanding the entirety of a person within their environment and within our world.
I work with pre-teens, adolescents, and adults, specializing in complex trauma, chronic illness, and eating disorders.
