Throughout our lives we create tools and mindsets to support ourselves in living in a world full of troubling experiences and struggling transitions. Eventually we reflect and see that our mental health is a product of our strength to survive the difficulties we have endured.
As your therapist, my goal is to support you in creating a safe space to feel comfortable exploring and expanding on your world. This journey can feel intimidating and I will support you every step of the way.
I completed a 3-year certificate program in Child & Adolescent psychotherapy at the William Alanson White Institute in October 2021. I completed a 1-year certificate program in Eating Disorders at the William Alanson White Institute in May 2022 and currently enrolled in their second 1-year certificate program in Eating Disorders.
