Hi, I’m so glad you’re here! Regardless of what brings you to therapy, I am here to help you feel better, feel accepted, and feel heard. Finding the right fit between therapist and client is very important. I am a collaborative therapist that provides a safe and supportive space to learn about yourself, your relationships and how your life experiences impact you.
I offer short-term and long-term models of therapy for adults on a variety of topics including (but not limited to): anxiety or depression, relationship challenges, stress, healing from childhood or adult trauma, general feelings of “stuckness”, life transitions, and personal growth and healing.
You can expect a collaborative and interactive style, genuine support in a non-judgemental space, supportive listening, thoughtful questions and exploration of ideas/suggestions.
