At its best, therapy is a ritual space where you can come to explore your inner world, develop a relationship with your intuition and make meaningful changes in your life. A true healing experience requires the integration of mind, body and spirit — to release the patterns that no longer serve you, and create neural availability for an expanded experience of self. My practice is rooted in the science and art of holistic healing, blending modern depth-oriented psychotherapy with somatic modalities to support you in the pursuit of well-being and more fulfilling relationships.

I'm an integrative therapist with a Jungian background, honoring the role of the unconscious. I offer breathwork and Attachment-Focused EMDR, both somatic modalities to help clients transform the effects of trauma and heal attachments. So much of our lives are dictated by what was too much or not enough in childhood — breathwork and AF-EMDR address both.

More than anything else, good therapy requires a strong relationship between the client and the practitioner.
