I help people who are struggling in relationships and specialize in working with clients who are recovering from relationships with people with narcissistic or borderline personalities. The psychological wounding we experience from relational trauma can leave us experiencing ourselves and the world around us through a distorted lens. I love working with clients who want to "go deep" and explore their feelings and beliefs so they can ultimately transform their relationship to themselves.
I offer a safe, non-judgmental space for you to explore your life experiences, relationships, thoughts and feelings. My relational style is playful, creative and heart-centered. I use dream exploration, active imagination and/or role-play to bring unconscious psychic material forward, and I use somatic techniques to explore emotions held in the body.
It is widely accepted the relationship your form with your therapist (if you vibe with them as a person and trust them) is the single most curative factor in successful therapy.
