I have experience in trauma-informed addiction counseling, as well as working with teens and adults with depression, anxiety, and life transition issues. I am also currently training in EMDR.
Having been through struggles with anxiety, depression, and substance abuse myself, I know how it is to feel lost and lonely. My ability to relate with my clients helps me meet them where they are at, and allows me to help them empower themselves to meet their goals of improving their quality of life.
