The truth is that each one of us will struggle at some point on this "path" we call life. However, as common as this struggle is, likewise is the struggle of working up the courage to reach out and ask for help when we need it. The beauty of counseling is that it reveals this path doesn’t have to be walked alone.
The core of my practice is providing a safe and compassionate space in which the difficult emotions and thoughts that hook you most can be revealed, discussed and understood. Within this collaborative space it is possible to transform what hurts you most into valuable insight and knowledge.
My hope is that by aiding you in the process of healing and growth you will become better aware of the power, strength and resilience that exists within yourself.
