Throughout life, we may develop maladaptive coping mechanisms, and therapy can help to better understand them, and, of course, learn more adaptive ways to handle stressful situations.
I work with my clients to resolve internal emotional conflicts. I provide an empathetic listening experience for my clients to process their thoughts and emotions. By focusing on the individual needs of each person, I may adopt techniques used in CBT, person-centered therapy, ACT, and psychodynamic approaches
