Welcome! It is my passion to help you live a happier, calmer, and more fulfilling life. Much of our inexplicable behavior and habits that hold us back is rooted in genetics, childhood, family dynamics, trauma, and circumstances. I can help you understand what holds you back and find healing. Working together, I can help you overcome difficult transitions, relationships and parenting challenges. Fascinated by all things brain related, I am a BCIA Certified Neurofeedback Clinician. I am passionate about couples work and have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy. I specialize in healing emotional wounds, resolving relationship issues, and equipping you with strategies to cope with life stressors.
My diverse experience includes working with clients from different cultural, ethnic, religious, and socioeconomic backgrounds. I am bilingual and provide therapy in Farsi and Dari.
