Trauma Informed Yoga Classes
Insight Yoga Therapy offers Trauma Informed Yoga classes: yin, restorative yoga wall classes and a gentle flow. Classes are led on weekends by Mary Ortenburger, LMFT, C-IAYT, and RYT-500, Classes will serve as supportive treatment for those suffering from trauma, as well as anxiety and depression. .Visit Mary Ortenburger's website for information on sign up and class times. Yoga Therapy Groups
Yoga therapy groups (4-5 sessions per block) offered in person and on zoom addressing: trauma, anxiety, grief and other speciality focuses. We are currently working on setting up groups for both military personnel and first responders. Yoga Therapy Retreats: June and August 2024
Join us for meditation, trauma informed yoga, healing, hiking, swimming and relaxation at Ojas Retreat Center in Temecula, CA June and August, 2024. All practices are led by Mary Ortenburger, LMFT, RYT-500 and certified yoga therapist, C-IAYT. Our individual retreat is in June and will host up to 16 individuals. In August, we will be hosting an Emotionally Focused Couples Yoga Retreat, trauma informed. Space is available to 6 couples for partner lodging (private rooms with both ensuite bathroom options (3 spots) and shared bathroom options (3 spots).
