I have experience with a variety of mental and emotional challenges, and enjoy working with adults and older teens. I am dedicated to providing a holistic approach and focus on whole-person wellness.

I specialize in working with women of all ages, and enjoy working on self-esteem, confidence, and empowering them to find their voice. I work with both men and women on identifying and healing past trauma, to improve wellbeing in all aspects of life.
